The same AI we use for sentiment routing reads the comment's meaning, including slang and emoji, and labels it positive, neutral or negative. Only comments labelled negative are hidden.

Which comments does it check?

The comments your automation catches. To protect every comment on a post, choose that post under Specific posts and leave the keywords empty. To protect everything, use All posts.

Does the commenter still get a DM?

Yes. Hiding the public comment doesn't stop the DM, so you can still help someone with a genuine problem, privately.

Yes. On the post in Instagram, open “View hidden comments” and unhide it. That's Instagram's own control, so it works the same as a hide you did by hand.

Will the commenter know they were hidden?

Instagram hides the comment from everyone else; the commenter can still see their own comment. They don't get a notification.

Does it work on Reels and Lives?
