Append-only: each DM-reply event writes a row to the configured Sheet. Headers are auto-created on first sync. We never read or modify existing rows — your team can filter, pivot, and annotate freely without our integration overwriting their work.
Settings → Integrations → Google Sheets → Connect. Standard Google OAuth, pick the workspace, approve the spreadsheets.write scope. We never request Drive-wide access — only the specific Sheet you point us at.
Paste a Sheet URL you control, or hit 'Create new sheet' and we'll spin one up in your Drive with the headers pre-set: IG Handle, Comment, Automation, Lead Score, Replied At (UTC).
If your sheet has other data, point us at a specific tab and a starting row. We append below the latest row in that tab — no overwrites of your work.
Open the Sheet in another tab. When the next commenter replies, the row appears within ~3 seconds. /admin/integrations shows the last 100 syncs and any Google API errors.
If your sales, marketing, and finance team all run on Sheets and you don't have a CRM, this is the cheapest way to capture every IG lead with no data loss. Pivot tables and SUMIFS over the appended rows do the rest.
